New Ross Waste Water Treatment Plant DBO

Specialist works completed by Chutehall International Limited as part of the New Ross WWTP. DBO included:

• Main pumping station construction which involved the construction of a 12.5 meter internal diameter segmental shaft by the caisson method to depth of 13 meters.
• Construction of a 5.0 meter internal diameter segmental shaft by the caisson method to depth of 8 meters.
• Construction of a 4.5 meter internal diameter segmental shaft by the caisson method to depth of 8 meters.
• Construction of 315 meters of 1200mm internal diameter tunnel by the pipejacking method.
